To Cancel or re-schedule please contact us within 24 hours of your booking time to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.  There will be a 50% deduction on the booking fee if no cancellation or rescheduling request has been received. 

Appointments not attended within 15 minutes of the start time will be deemed a no-show if no contact has been made and confirmed. In this instance, there will be no return of booking fees to cover the appointed time.

All email consultations and course fees are non-refundable as these are digital products.
